<title>Message from </title>
<description><![CDATA[In the Instruction Manual for Braille Transcribing, Lesson 19, it gives an example<br/><br/>of the ISBN entry on the title page that shows the ISBN number preceded by the words<br/><br/>"Transcription of". I cannot find any reference to this phrase anywhere in BF. Is it<br/><br/>necessary to precede the number with the words "Transcription of"?]]></description>
