CERTIFIED MUSIC BRAILLE TRANSCRIBERS
ACCEPTING ASSIGNMENTS

Many users of braille music have relied on the NBA Braille Production Service as their source of new transcriptions.  When the facility closed, some of the users did not know where to turn for transcribers who will accept assignments.  Since so few certified music transcribers exist, the NBA Music Braille Committee polled all who are known, and asked who is willing to be included in a public list, and may be contacted directly with requests.  This list will be updated from time to time and regularly renewed on the NBA website, www.nationalbraille.org. NBA is not in a position to recommend any particular transcriber.

Please contact the transcribers directly.  Only one preferred means of contact is given for each transcriber.  Contact Larry Smith, the committee chairman, if you need alternative ways of reaching a particular one.
