Type form indicators

I have an unlabeled statement which is in bold. Within it is an italicized word. I have the last revisions for section 33. It does not seem to speak to this situation. I believe that I do not need italic type-form indicators with this word, but must follow the rules of English Braille.
Am I right? TIA bt
