How to show these answer choices

I will attach the test question here I must braille. A graphics person will be doing the array as a graphic. But I need to do the A-D answer choices. Would I do A-D by using enlarged braces perhaps around each choice, with a comma between 3X3 and 3X6?
Or would I treat each answer choice as a table? If treat as a table, I realize the top and bottom table lines would have to go across entire width of page. But would I need to use vertical bars or just keep at least 2 spaces between columns of table?
Thanks again for your excellent help.It is important here to align the answers for each choice as they are in print, because they are meant to represent what is displayed in each quadrant of the graphic. They are not a table, and I don't think that enlarged braces are necessary either. The question could be placed in 1/5 with the letter for each answer choice in cell 3. Immediately following each lettered item, you could place the expressions in cell 5 over 2 lines maintaining the same alignment and position as shown in print. No blank lines would be required between any of the answer choices.
