The attached has 2 concept maps. How would I treat this in a Nemeth doc? Would I follow the Braille Formats rule with the nested list?

Tactile Graphics Guidelines require that concept maps be drawn as a tactile. However, if you are going to do it in braille, as non-exercise material, you would treat it as a nested list according to the Braille Formats Guidelines.
