Entry words in references

Braille Formats addresses how to format entry words in references without syllabication or pronunciation after the emphasis is ignored. However, what if your reference contains proper names in addition to uncapitalized entries? Example: acute angle or acute triangle. If only one cell is left between the entry-word segment and the definition segment then how does the reader determine the difference between each segment?
Without seeing your print my answer would be that if the last part of an entry word is not capitalized and there is no punctuation, then two spaces should be left between entry words and definitions. Remember that if two spaces are required for any entry, they are required for all entries.
