Please see the attached sample. If I indent to the beginning of the entry words beyond the articles, I will have pages with 9 cell and 11 cell indents and 13 cell runovers. Is that really the way this needs to be done?

Oh, and I forgot to ask about the inverted question marks that start some entries. Do I use the first letter beyond the 3-cell symbol, or just begin the question mark with the beginning of the other entry words?

        Thanks,

        Laurie

And, I just realized that for the example I gave, my margins would actually be 11-15 and 13-15. Yikes.

              Hi Laurie,

I got an assist from Cindi Laurent because of her Formats expertise. She says to treat the inverted question mark as part of the word and line it up with the entry words, so that the articles are the only thing separated. She also says, yes, there are often deep indentations in FL glossaries and you are correct with yours.

Thank you, Patrick (and Cindi). It really helps to get confirmation (rather than working hour after hour thinking, "Really? Am I doing this right???").

                  Hello!

I have a follow up question for this thread. How would you format it if the 11-15 margin causes the entry that established that margin to move to the next braille page? With the margin following a 5-9 margin the "el (la)" entry is on line 22. My first thought is to move it down to the next page and maintain the 5-9 margin, I have not located another option yet.

                  Thank you,

                  Kayla
