Headings

Hello,

Would you be able to clarify Braille Formats section 4.8.3 for me please? I know we can change paragraph headings to a cell 5 or cell 7 heading but is there ever a time we can change a cell 7 or cell 5 heading to a paragraph heading? I have recently come across some work done by others where they have changed what I would consider higher level headings to paragraph headings. I am going to attach examples of a few cases.

In the first image "Character Perspective" next to "The narrator describes ..." was done as a paragraph heading.

In the second image READ Paragraph 1 and Reread were done as paragraph headings in blocked paragraphs.

Image 3 does Finding the Main Idea as a cell 7 heading and Main Idea in the First Sentence as a blocked paragraph heading.

Is this something that we are able to do in Braille Formats?
