There is a lot of information about what BrailleBlaster can [and cannot] do in the BrailleBlaster documentation. I especially recommend the written documentation; the videos are good, but they are not great.
A community of BrailleBlaster users and developers make up the email group BrailleBlaster Discussion Group, which you can sign up to join via FreeLists. Users regularly ask questions there, and they get answers.
At least one APH webinar [many of which are available via APH's YouTube page] includes information about BrailleBlaster. Does Braille Formatting Spark Joy? time 21:04 includes information about styles and formatting as well as a breakdown of the three views in BrailleBlaster.
