Braille Formats_Most Recent Copyright Holder

We have recently ran into several books that have “renewed” copyright holders.

BF 2.3.6.d(2) states “Only the most recent copyright date and copyright holder are placed on the title page of each volume. All other dates are ignored.”

In the attached examples, would the renewed copyright information be used even though the renewals are by different individuals, and if so, would it be necessary to include the word renewed as it appears in print for specificity.

Yes, you are correct to use the names and dates associated with the word “renewed” in your samples. They are the most recent copyright dates and copyright holders. You do not need to use the word renewed.
