The short answer is yes.
You should use the non-UEB word indicator throughout the document when a non-UEB word is used. This even though the same word has been indicated in that way previously in the document.
The only (partial) exception to this is RUEB 14.3.5 : “When more than one non-UEB braille code is used in a text, use a non-UEB indicator without an identifier only when its meaning is obvious or when it refers to the same code as the next previous non UEB passage within the paragraph.” However, because you don’t indicate you have more than one non-UEB language in use in your document this will not apply in your case.
