Hi, I have a situation I can’t find an example of, I’m proofing for someone else and would like to have a rule/example.
We have a note on the TN page that blocked paragraphs are changed to indented, so all paragraphs are in 3-1. Then we have a displayed paragraph which the transcriber has in cell 3. It is only a couple of words so doesn’t run over. I pointed out that an indented displayed paragraph should start in cell 5, because if left as is, and it DID run over, it would be blocked in cell 3 which our TN states we aren’t doing.
The only example I can find in Formats shows blocked paragraphs. Is there any other example I could use for my proof notes?
