If you are asking about a course in transcribing music into braille, the answer is yes, there is a correspondence course leading to certification by the Library of Congress. If you are asking about a course in reading braille, there are excellent materials available but so far as I know no interactive instruction at this time. In either case, I recommend that you contact Karen Gearreald, the teacher of the transcribing course, who is also very knowledgeable about the available reading resources.
