Reply To: Line numbered Model UN Resolution with blank lines
It IS unusual that the blank lines are numbered. I suggest you treat it as numbered prose...with the numbers to the right of the braille page. You will have to put the line numbers in yourself and not rely on your program to do it. To my knowledge, there is no way to automate that function. It will take extra time for sure!
