Do you need a blank line between the full title on the first braille page and the alphabetic page number? I assume the alphabetic page number comes after the full title.
The recommendation of the BANA Formats committee is that the alphabetic page number be on the first line of the first braille page that includes the full title, on the same line as the numeric page number. The full title will begin on line 2. There is no blank line between the alphabetic page number and the centered title.
