In material that uses indented paragraphs throughout with the exception of at a change in topic or time noted by a blank line or after a cell 5 heading where is has a blocked paragraph, should that paragraph be blocked or indented? Sorry about the fuzziness of sample passed on to me.

    Thanks,

    Shelley

    Cindi,

I've attached another sample with clearer print.

    Thanks,

So sorry! I thought I had answered this (in fact, I'm sure I did but it must not have uploaded).  Follow print for paragraphs - so block or indent as print has done.  In the sample you've attached, you will have both types of paragraphs.  BF 1.9 speaks to this.
