    How do you capitalize the following:

    NADH+H with superscript +

    NAD with superscript +

    ATP

    FAD

    CO with subscript 2

    All done within Nemeth switch indicators.

    The acronyms NADH, NAD, ATP, and FAD should be double-capped. The chemical formula “CO with a subscript 2 should be single-capped.
