I transcribe a lot of children’s books and it seems the majority of them have no print page numbers at all. I can’t seem to find anything in formats that applies strictly to this situation, and have not been able to find any other directions. I add the print page turn line with no numbers. What about the title page? Do you count the print pages and use that number? Thanks.

If there are no print page numbers, the title page would then not reference print page numbers.  You do show the fact that new pages begin by doing what you are already doing, adding the print page turn line with no number.  It sounds like you are doing everything just right.
