    I have attached two attachments from Glenn Burrow of my Center for Braille and Narration Production.

    I'm attaching the document with my comments, but basically with UEB you should follow print...that includes for spacing, punctuation and roman numerals.  After saying that, know that agency decisions can be made to do things differently.  But with the onset of UEB, following print is one of the main philosophies.
