Coordinating Nemeth and Promising Practices

We are transcribing a series of math books for grades K-3 and trying to coordinate “Promising Practices” with the formatting requirements of Nemeth. Please clarify: Are any Nemeth code symbols listed on the Special Symbols Page? If so, how extensive should the list be?

Any symbols that are part of the Nemeth Code are not required to be listed on the Special Symbols page, even in K-3.
