      If a book is entirely made up of letters between two people with the dates on the far right — and there are no chapters — where is the best place to put the dates? Some letters are blocked and others indented style.

        There are no rules for this, bit I would suggest putting the dates as cell five headings and following print for the paragraphs. If you feel it necessary, you could do a TN to state that, in print, the dates are at the right margin.
