Devising keys for Margin Labels

Hi Cindi,

BF 16.11.1 does not specifically state that keys for margin labels should contain a dot 3 or 6.

My thinking is that they should in order to be consistent with how other keys are devised; e.g. keys for long table entries (BF 11.8.1d) and keys for proofreading marks (BF 18.6.2c). If this is not the case, please explain.

I agree with you. Keys should contain a dot 3 or dot 6.
