Hi. I'm brailling a Health textbook which uses diacritic marks in vocabulary definitions. I have found the letter modifiers in the UEB code, but no mention of the diacritic hyphen or primary and secondary syllable stress marks. Can you help? Thank you.

There is no such thing as a diacritic hyphen in UEB. According to UEB rules, you follow print for the symbol used between syllables.

The UEB primary and secondary stress marks are in Section 15.2 of the UEB codebook.
