I have a graphic that is 36 pairs of dice. Is there a particular way of producing this in braille?

Not sure if it applies to your situation, but there’s an example of 36 possible outcomes of rolling dice on page 18 of the CTEVH (now CTEBVI of course) Summer 2007 Journal (Volume L, No. 2).
