Displayed material after instruction or not

I need your advise on which format to use for the 2 paragraphs begin which "A deck of ..." before each set of questions.

Should I treated as displayed material after the instruction and use 5-7 as in the new Nemeth lesson 8 or just normal 3-1 or some other?

Thank you for the question. I would format the paragraphs you’re talking about as displayed LITERARY material. That is, according to Braille Formats 2016, in 5-3 with a blank line before and after.
