Double Spacing

Hi,
When double spacing a transcription, does a centered heading on a new page have 1 or 2 blank lines preceding it? Formats calls for 2 blank lines where normally there would be only one.

Yes, just as Formats says. Two blank lines where there would be one blank line in single spaced braille.
