    Hi,

    Where can I find how to format Section B of page 2 of the attachment? There is an answer to the example shown within the directions.

    B. is lettered directions. That's addressed in 10.3.3.

    Ejemplo is an example. That's addressed in 10.8.1

    The underlined portion is displayed text. See Section 9 and 10.7.1.
