Hello Cindi,

Please see the attachment for my questions:

1. Since I already have a cell 5 heading (2 Amplie … ) I made Blog 1 a cell 7 heading. Then I have a transcriber’s defined matching columns which by rule is a cell 5 heading. Can I have a cell 5 heading followed a cell 7 heading?
2. Do I need a blank line between the cell 7 heading and the instruction? (I understand that I dont need a blank line between cell 5 and cell 7 headings)

I believe I would make the column headings (which are really just embedded transcriber’s notes) cell 7 headings…you can follow a cell 7 with another cell 7, but not a cell 5.

BF does say that the headings over matching columns should be in cell 5, but in this case, I believe the heading hierarchy should be the prevailing rule.
