When entering the print page number on the Title Page, if the last page of the volume is blank, does the lettered continuation print page number of this blank page get placed on the Title Page or does the lettered continuation print page number of the pervious braille page (the last braille page actually showing braille text on it) get placed on the Title Page? I believe it is the last page showing braille text but there has been some discussion as to what page number is included on the Title Page to abide by Braille Formats 2011, Section 2.3.8 Volume Information Segment, subsection d(1). Example: If the braille text of a volume ends on print page a164 and print page b164 is blank, would the Title Page carry lettered continuation page number a164 or b164? Any clarification for this rule would be greatly appreciated.

List the last print page that has braille on it. If your print ends at a164, list that--a164 as your final print page on the title page for that volume.
