Indent question

In the boxed material in the attachment below, it seems to be displayed material. Since it is in a box, would there be any reason to indent the sentences as displayed material in 3/3 within the box? Or would it be 1/1?

Just follow print and enclose the naterial in a box as printed. See 9.1.2. Boxed material is not trated as displayed material. Do not adjust the left margin and just use boxes.
