In Nemeth Code Code, margins for itemized material with subdivisions is clear but what if you have a sub to the sub? Can you fall back on literary and do 1/5, 3/5, 5/7?
Example: Integers (Lessons 11-1 Main) *Addition and Subtraction (sub) The sum of two positive...(sub to sub)

See Rule XXV Sec. 191bvi Pg. 197 in the Code.

I believe the rule you are looking for is Rule XXV, Sec 191.b.ii concerning non-spacial itemized material containing both main divisions and subdivisions.
The key statement here is: Subdivision numbers or letters, regardless of depth, must begin in cell 3 and must runover, if necessary, in cell 5.
