Keep Electronic addresses on a single page?

Hello,
I am in need of your expertise.

Are electronic addresses kept on a single page, if possible?
CBC 2000 section 3.5 Speaks of “computer programs” being kept on a single page … but that is not the same as an address. Right?

I would follow section 3.5 and keep the address all on the same page. Even though it is talking about programs, the Section on Format (3.0) does not seem to differentiate between a program and an address in its discussion.
