    Hi Dorothy,

    I'm not sure to how transcribe the numbers in blue rectangle in the attachment.
    Can you help me please.

    Decimals are used instead of periods. The first decimal is followed by a multipurpose indicator because what follows the decimal is non-numeric. The final decimal is preceded by a multipurpose indicator to show that the .4 is on the baseline. NBT is single capped following the BANA update for transcribing abbreviations consisting of an unspaced combination of numbers and letters.
