margins question

how should the highlighted paragraph be formatted. We formatted the Example 3 in 3-5 following Braille Formats displayed indented paragraph rules. Would the highlighted paragraph be the same in 3-5 as just another displayed paragraph? Thanks in advance

The highlighted paragraph is a subparagraph to the Example 3 sentence. Since you put the example in 3-5, the subparagraph should be in 7-5. There should not be a blank line between the two.
