Nemeth directions after running head

Do we leave a blank line between a running head and Nemeth directions for an exercise?

Yes, a blank line is required between a running head and instructions in Nemeth. Be aware that there was an update to the Nemeth Code this year that eliminates the blank line between a cell-5 heading and instructions that follow.
