We are seeking clarity on whether we should close Nemeth for a non-Nemeth tactile and re-open for more Nemeth following the tac. Please see our attachment for an example.

Thanks for the question!

In this situation you are incorrect to close and then reopen the Nemeth code indicators. There is nothing in the tactile that requires a switch back to UEB.
