number lines starting with a coordinate mark

The Tactile Guidelines say in 6.5.1.5 say that number lines should always start with an arrowhead or axis line, not a coordinate mark. Even if print starts the number line with a coordinate mark?

Dear Julie,

Yes, that’s what section 6.5.1.5 of the TG Guidelines say…this information came directly from the original Number Line Addendum information.
