The piece of music I am working on has 2 marks. Mark 1 measure has a short appoggiatura prefix, mark 2 measure has a turn shown between notes. On the bottom of the page, the print shows how to play those 2 measures. I am planning to braille these 2 marks as footnotes, but I don't know how to indicate footnote 1 and footnote 2.

Add the number and a dot 3 after the asterisk. See paragraph 18.3 in Music Braille Code. (Don't ask me why that is under nuances!)

Does that mean asterisk is a symbol of nuance, and it does not interrupt grouping even a number and dot 3 are added?

Yes, although the asterisk is not really a nuance, it does not interrupt a process in progress, such as grouping or doubling.
