A literature book has a picture (attached) of an email. This book has a few email and web addresses and this picture of an email screen. The purpose of the email is to show an alternate method for getting help with their writing.

Please recommend a method for transcribing this email example.

The screen should be boxed. The parts of the screen that are email addresses or file names should be transcribed in Computer Braille Code. All of those symbols would have to be explained on the SS page or in a TN at that point. The letter itself does not need to be brailled in CBC.
