      Hello,
Attached is a reading passage from a test. I think the referenced copyright info would be considered a source citation, and it has reference marks. Section 9.5.1a says to put them in the most appropriate location, and 9.5.1b says they are transcribed in reading order. I've attached two possibilities, the second one has a blank line after it before the boxing lines, according to 9.5.1d. Would one of these formats be preferable over the other?
      Thank you.
      Susan

Even though this reference mentions copyright, it carries a print reference indicator. I would use Section 16 Notes and place this note at the conclusion of the print page.
