      If my print page ends on braille line 24, where do I place my page change indicator?

        You cannot place a page change indicator on line 25.  Your page would change on line 1 of the next braille page.  When a page changes on line 1, there is no page change indicator line.  Read section 1.11 of Braille Formats for more information on print page numbers.
