Print Page Number Question

I have a book that starts on Page 10. Counting backward, the title page ends up being page 3 and the first print page is page 4. Is page 4 labeled on Line 1 as 3-4 or 1-4?

You need to account for all the print pages…so your first page number should be 1-4.
