    The correct order for the Publisher/Copyright segment of the title page is:

    Publisher Information
    Publisher's City/State
    Website
    Copyright
    Reproduction Notice
    ISBN
    Printing History

    Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I had thought this problem was fixed.
