Cindi, Starting on page vi I have these repeated print pages as sidebar type examples (actually print page xvi). I believe in the past we omitted these but they have corresponding numbers. Should these be omitted or described somehow?

Good morning! Omit the pictures of the pages from the text. A TN is not required, but it is ok if you feel one should be in there…something like “Print shows example pages from the text which correspond to the numbered paragraphs. These pictures are omitted.”
