I'm transcribing a Greek textbook and have attached the chart with the Greek alphabet, transliteration, and pronunciation examples. Should the pronunciation portion be transcribed in Grade 1 or Grade 2 e.g., "g as in gone"?

The pronunciations should be contracted (Grade 2).
