Underscore sign in form name

    I've come across several form names that include the underscore sign. For example 123c_456. What is the correct way to braille the underscore?

    I would like to see a print page so I can see this in context. I'm not sure what is meant by form name. Could this possibly be a computer program FILE name? Sometimes a form is named the same as the actual computer filename.
