What I do for plaques is this.
I do my translation and then I save it as a BRF file. I then open the BRF file into WORD and change the font to Braille or Simbraille and change the font size to 14 point so that none of the lines get skewed.Hope this is what you are needing. Most Dells work as well. The best way to determine on a Demo Computer in a Store is to find yourself in “any” dialogue box and using the home row keys of “fdsjkl” press them down all at once and if you see all of them then you know you are good for braille.
The template full name is English American Textbook DE BANA Nemeth. My BANA Nemeth template is directly under the one named English American Textbook DE BANA. It appears you are using the older template for textbooks prior to the incorporation of the BANA Templates. If you cannot see it in the list then perhaps you have chosen in the past to hide these templates. Choose to unhide hidden templates and see if you see it.
The user got her help from Duxbury Support. Here was the fix. I decided to post it in the event others have the same issues. Thank you for posting your question and for sharing DBT’s answer to your problem.
Control-k is a shortcut to add a skipped line.
Regarding the box this is because the box is big.
Click on the document menu and click modify style.
Choose box.
Now after clicking ok remove the [kps] and [ki1] codes from the beginning codes and remove the [kpe] and [ki0] codes from the ending codes.Click ok and say yes to modify the style.

Sorry for the delay in posting a reply. I know of no other proofreading certifications other than the courses that NLS offers. The National Federation of the Blind is the organization that administers NLS’s courses. They may be able to give you a listing of certified proofreaders in your area. Unfortunately I believe there are very few independent proofreaders.
