ParticipantThank you for your help!
This is a first grade book, so I was just going to show the paragraph headings with bold, rather than with colored text, unless there is some reason I shouldn’t. If I did change the headings in the problems to cell-5 or cell-7 headings, would I pull only those colored words up, and then the problem numbers can stay with the problems below? I attached a few snippets with one of the problems from the screenshots worked the different ways, including how I had it previously (without emphasis, but the following text in the problem starts on the next line).

ParticipantSorry, the Word doc was too large to attach, so I am attaching the screenshots separately.

ParticipantThat makes the most sense to us too. Thanks Mike!

ParticipantI know this is an older thread, but my question is right along the same lines, so I thought I would post here, rather than making a new thread.
In a book I am working on, I have two italicized paragraphs (where we are retaining the italics). The first has only two words and the second has three words. From Dan’s response above, it sounds like both paragraphs would use passage indicators, rather than word indicators for the first paragraph and a passage indicator for the second one. Is that correct?

ParticipantThank you so much Cindi! And Melissa. 🙂 That clarification was very helpful.
