    See 5.6.3 in Font Attributes. The termination sign is placed after ending puncutation. Don't forget that the termination sign is preceded by a space. You'll see this is some of the samples showing the usage of the various font attribute indicators.

    I think you have to follow print order and the order given in the new Formats. I don't think you can just move the print around because then the braille student would not have the same material as the sighted student. However, if this is for an individual student, you can confer with the teacher and get direction there. Otherwise, Formats make mo provision for moving things out of print order in that manner.
