Any arrows in Chemistry that are not listed in section 3 of the Chemistry Code must be transcribed as in Nemeth Code. If you look at Rule XXI–Arrows (Nemeth Code), the construction of a wavy arrow shaft is shown. Your arrow would have a normal right pointing arrowhead.
